Wraparound with Intensive Services
WISe helps individuals and their families receive intensive behavioral health support at home and in the community. WISe is a voluntary service built around your family’s unique needs and goals. A team of professionals and natural supports work together with you to create a plan that makes sense for your life. You may qualify if you are 20 years old or younger and eligible for Apple Health/Medicaid. You can request a screening for yourself if you are 13 years old or older.
